How to invite a user to your project
Site Specs allows you to invite anyone to collaborate on your projects. To invite a new user to your project(s) you can either select from the list of existing members of your company, or you can invite anyone by their email address.
Web
To invite a user to join your project on sitespecs.io, login, navigate to the project you want to invite the user to, then navigate to the 'Members' tab. On the 'Members' tab, click the green '+ Invite Members' button on the upper right corner of the page.
Select from a list of your registered company members, or you can click 'Add a new person' button to invite a new user using their email address.
Mobile
To invite a user to join your project using the mobile app, login, navigate to the project you want to invite the user to, then navigate to the 'Members' section within the project details view. In the 'Members' list view, click the gray '+ Invite Members' button below the search bar.
You can select, 'Company members' to invite users who are already registered in your company, or 'Your contacts' to select from your contact list.
If you need to invite someone who is not already registered in Site Specs, select 'Company Members', then 'Add new person' to invite them using their email address.
