How to create and manage tags
Tags are extremely useful in Site Specs when maintained and applied to photos and documents. They allow users to filter and search photos and documents with ease.
Web
To create and manage the list of tags available to user on a project, login, navigate to the project, then navigate to the 'Tags' tab within the project detail view.
You can create a new tag by clicking the Green '+ New tag' button on the upper right part of the tags list besides the searchbar.
You can also edit an existing tag by hovering your mouse cursor on any tag row and clicking the menu button (three vertical dots) on the right side of the page.
Mobile
To create and manage the list of tags available to user on a project, login to the mobile app, navigate to the project, then navigate to the 'Tags' list within the project detail view.
You can create a new tag by clicking the '+ Create new' button below each tag group on the project.
You can also edit an existing tag by tapping the 'Edit' button ont he top right corner of the screen. In this edit view you can move, edit, delete, and/or create a new tag.
